I've been purchasing and shipping roaches many times but I've never seen any breeder who use cloth bags...

I've only ever received and shipped roaches using deli cups but i would imagine the cloth bags that are used for shipping reptiles are what you are looking for. http://www.shipyourreptiles.com/shop/cloth_reptile_bags/product
