Looks quite female to me
They do die in molt sometimes, so 25 years is no guarantee. I always like to have 2 or 3 females of each species.Thx I that so yippee she's got another 25 years!!
If a female produces sacs 5 times in her life, she needs 5 different males over the course of that. Anyone breeding goes thru A LOT of males.Congrats! I always wanted females too but now I have a closet full of females by luck not choice and now I'm actively trying to find males so I can start breeding. It's quite the frustrating endeavor to be honest lol.
Although the angle of the first pair of book lungs can be indicative, I'd use it as a secondary guide at best, as I've had experienced spider dealers screw up sexing because the solely went by book lungs. The vent and the area above it are far better indicators of sex than the lung slit angle.Top book lungs are almost level, not angled
Bottom book lungs are close together
