My scorpion (Emperor) stopped moving. Tails is laying on floor and motionless. Claws are weak and it only moves if i turn it around. It is about 4inches. I am not sure if it is molting or dieing!

Probably dying. Even if it was molting, touching it could prove potentially lethal for it.

Looks like it was getting ready to molt.. This is a dangerous time for all arthropods, during ecdysis (molting), as they are extremely fragile.

It probably suffered an injury after being touched.

It does look kind of like a juve, but I have to say that pic is not good enough to figure out much. Imo it's a good idea to take the time and take 5 or so pics, then pick the best one when posting pics.

He is gone i think. He was unresponsive for 3days when i felt something was not right. Female climbed on him and he just laid there. I wish i could reset time and kept him alone. R.I.P Joe
