I just discovered a weird teeny tiny little black worm in my Chaco gold knees substrate. It was the only one I could find and it was smaller than a grain of rice but I am worried. I was planning on changing out her entire cage- is that overkill?

I wish I could post a picture but I only found one tiny little one and I flushed it down the toilet... Will clean her out today!
