recently changed the substrate for my T Stirmi. Kept the level low due to keeping the risk of mold down. Any suggestions as far as adding more sub. without getting mold?

I have a bunch of stirmi, and don't have mold issues. The soil needs to be moist, not soggy, and with cross ventilation, and reasonable housekeeping, mold will be pretty scarce. The only place I have mold is on boluses, and if you clean them out regularly, the mold doesn't last.

Wood / Corkbark is often the reason for mold, too. I usually tend to keep that part dry where it's located and moisten the rest for those that need.
