So, about a week ago I was cleaning my nano tank and my tomato snail sneaked out. I was wondering where it went because the algae started clouding the glass. Well my son looked under the table and voila, there it was. Now it's been five or six days but, as soon as I put it in the water, it sent out little tendrils and it's now got its foot on the glass. I sure hope it lives, I hate it when my care accidentally hurts one of the critters I have.

gratz on finding it again :p iv had that happen with shrimp and cray one too many times [which is why i use home made tops for my snail and shrimp tanks with holes drilled for the airlines] always good to actually find them and not dried up like a dehydrated turtle snack

Topics about snails, being invertebrates, wouldn't go in the "Not So Spineless Wonders" section of the board. But glad you found it; snails are often pretty good little survivalists.
