is peatmoss a good substrate for my rose haired tarantula and 1 more question is it normal for my tarantula to make a couple of webs on top of that

Yes and since its a rose hair keep it nice and dry for her but provide and nice water dish

Yeah, peat moss is a good choice.

I use cactus soil for my rosie. It's coarse and dry so it feels nice on her feet.
