I mean it could be, that was going to be my second guess because of the carapace but the abdomen looks pulcher to me. Did you get a look at its toes?

I'd say it's a P. pulcher in much need of a molt, the carapace hair is a bit patchy which is a sign of pre-molt. Pre-molt also would explain the drab brown color.

Ah that's why it's so dark. Welp I'm jealous. I love the legs on p pulchers. They're.just.so.FLUFFY.
