substrate and feeding behaviour.

I was watching a youtube video the other night and the guy said he has noticed
that some tarantulas feed better on different substrate.

Has anyone tried this or noticed any difference in feeding/behaviour of a T
on one substrate over another?

I have B.albiceps which is on cocofibers and since getting her in sept hasn't
Fed or put down any silk and she tends to scale the tank walls. (Not so much now) Shes not in premolt and
substrate is nice and dry.

All my other brachys settled in fine and have fed within a week of being housed.

Any suggestions?
