should i be worried about my ball python

My normal ball python has been tilting its head.Sometime all the way around.i got him from a breeder 2 days ago.no sings of illness.Will she grow out of it .Or could it be IBD. Any information will be helpful.ohh and the temp is 75 with a hot spot of about 82.

Ive personally never heard of the head tilting thing. But the hot spot needs to be about 92. Belly heat is very important for ball pythons.
