White crust on vent

After examining my male euathulus sp red I noticed a white crust around his vent. I will check elsewhere for answers but I'm hoping the fine people here will be able to point me in the right direction. Thanks guys.

Sounds like poop. I've never seen it crust on the vent before though. I'll let one of the more experienced keepers speak to if that's normal or not.

Lol. I was thinking the duece but I've never seen it on my spiders vents. He's getting old though.
