How to get this kind of substrate?It looks so nice...

Appears to be a mixture of quite a few things...I see leaf litter, twigs, perlite/vermiculite...hard to tell what the "base" substrate is because it looks aged and somewhat saturated. Could be replicated with coconut fiber / peat moss...I'd say find a bag of ABG mix and add some broken twigs and crushed leaf litter to it. After a while of sitting in a humid environment it would appear just like this.

hmm kinda agree with ryan.. tho i i think thats has sand as well. your best bet is contact the poster hes still an active member.
