Hi, I recently ended up adopting an Avicularia Versicolor from a friend who had to move away, and don't really have any experience with any kind of spider.

Recently he's been hanging his feelers over the edge of his web and prodding it. I took some video and put it on youtube. Could someone please explain it to me? :) thanks.

I don't see anything wrong here. I'm honestly not sure what the concern is.

He's prepping for a big date. You have an adult male spider. When they reach maturity they fill their pedipalps -- the "feelers" you refer to -- with sperm and use them to attempt to inseminate a lady spider or two. What you're seeing is him filling up the palps in preparation.
