Found one of these the other day at work. Spread out its about the size of a fifty cent piece. For me it's a very unusual looking spider (I know more about tarantulas). Secretive but it ate a good size cricket for me then let me watch it groom. From pictures I've looked at in thinking its a female. Anyone have any hands on experience with this type of spider and any information to impart? Most of the websites I looked at just talked about how the mother is consumed by her offspring. :bruised:
