Good evening(yeah, here in hungary is evening),

I've heard, the mating of murinus is very simple and I have good chances that my male will survive, so I tested...

Here we go.

*will work for foooood!!!*

1.0 Pterinochilus murinus adult

Now here comes Mama, come cuttle! :D

OMG, is this beauty big, huge, whatever, extraorbital!

Ok... let's try another position...

Am I already "inside", or what???

Oh... I love You darling!

Goddamn... I need to smoke... {D

I hope I can soon post more of funny pornography about my T's...

Hi Brian,

"Hello Joe,

exactly there are 57 T's at the moment, but my collection changes from week to week.

At the time, I moved from Germany to Hungary I had over 110 spiders...

Have a nice day,
Marcel"

was written in this Thread:

But since the last picture and post there, I have become 5 nice little pieces of Euathlus pulcherrimaklaasi slings, and the Pt. murinus adult male above.

Nope,

after putting him in the tank, he gone straight to the entrance of the females burrow!

Just a little courtship (shaking, drumming etc.) and the female appeared at the entrance.

The mating took over 30 minutes, and just so long, because the male had no idea how to get to the female's "input"... :?

Murinus are quite tolorent of each other I myself have just mated some and I had the male living in the same web as the female for over 4 weeks and in that time they've done the biz 5 times. No aggresion shown at all. I've herd form other people who have bred tham the the female will still live quite content with the male even if there is an egg sac in the tank.

Have fun

Hello G Wright,

that's very valuable information to me, thank You! I also kept my Poe. regalis and Ps. pulcher 4-5 weeks together, in very small tanks. So will I do now again, so in this case with Pt. murinus.

Best regards,
Marcel

wow that male usambra is awefully small!!!
Amazing isn't it.
I have actually seen mature male murinus at 3 inches.
I knew that the males matured out at a smaller size than most, but the day I saw that guy with tibial hooks I just stared at him in disbelief.

Hi,

news from here. The female ate male in the night... Not so tolerant, or I always just had bad luck???

In the 2 years I kept T's, I had 6, this was the 7th matings, but luck is what I really need... :(

By the way: C. crawshayi's male is small, too, very small!

Of course, it is possible.

My female was more red, the male was more gold, as You can see, so think there is no problem with... or maybe that little difference is, why my female ate my little male???

sorry to here about that. no matter what these is allways the small chance that the female will eat the male. I should also of said despite that I have had the males in with the fem for a long time without any aggression shown every now and anain if the male is bothereing her she will eat.

Nothing really to worry about, we mankind can never know what our T's plan next to do.

And the male was really cheap, about 10 Euro. And I saw that he plugged his bulbus into the female... so I hope, that the loss of the male, will be equal with the coming slings! :D

Thats good there are very easy to breed and in most cases one insertion is enough woth these. I Also beleve these have been known to double clutch.

Hallo again G,

I saw Your adult pair of murinus on Your HP.

I think Your female is smaller than my, am I right? Or is Your male larger??? Because You saw the difference between mine? Maybe that is why my murnius mom ate this poor male?
