Grammostola Pulchra breeding tips

Hello, I am picking up a mature female G. Pulchra tomorrow and I am hoping to use her for a future breeding project. I heard this species is notoriously hard to get to drop a sac. I also have read that a cooling period is needed for the female to drop her sac. Has anyone had any experience successfully producing an eggsac of this species? Could anyone explain what the cooling period temp should be? And when the cool down down should be interduced?
