Good old craigslist. I just saw this--

He was a rescue from winter 2013, but I'm barely home enough to take care of him. He's started scraping off the hair on his abdomen because he's stressed.

He will regrow the hair after he molts in a less stressful environment.
and got a chuckle. Just like parrots, tarantulas 'feather pluck' when in emotional duress-- who knew? I also like the implication that if he molts in a stressful environment, his hair will remain missing.

Lol Craigslist strikes again. If that spider is a rosie it's even more funny because even if you're only home two or three times a year I bet that'd still be enough to at least take mediocre care of it. Plants take more maintenence than some tarantulas.
