Nice T's! I would increase the amount of substrate though in your enclosures in case they fall off the glass climbing like that! :)

We've been told to have no more than 2 leg spans between the top of viv and the sub

As for having another 10 spiders I'd love too...I'm lucky to have 1 T in the house let alone 3 lol the wife is a recovering arachnophobe lol

Your Lasiodora spp. Is a mature male, that's why he's wandering around his enclosure.

Thanks.....he's only 2 apparently the guy who had him before was feeding him 10-12 locusts a week

Nice photos and a good looking LP. You should find him a female, or send him out on a loan. I would feel bad to just keep him and watch him slowly die without any use, ya know?

Thanks...and yea I wouldn't mind him going and sowing his oats.....no idea how it all works...and not keen on the idea of sending him away though

Yeah it can be hard. I let a MM geniculata go for good. :( I will say that corner of the room has been very quite. The female is no longer drumming and the male is no longer running around like a mad man.

Gorgoroth is an awesome name for the guy :)

You might be able to split sacs with somebody if you do end up sending him on a breeding loan.. Progeny won't ease the loss of your buddy (if, for some reason he doesn't make it back), but it'd sure be nice to have some Gorgoroth Jr's running around!
