About 3 weeks to a month. Open it earlier - when there will be eggs with legs.

Is it really that fast? And what is an average size clutch? Thanks again,
Mick

My Psalmopoeus irminia pair mated 12.November 2002.
The female built her eggsac 1.February 2003.
The spiderlings hatched from 26.February 2003 till 5.March 2003. There were exactly 133 spiderlings in her eggsac.

Greetings from Germany.

Thanks again for the replies . My female Irminia laid an eggsac on the 1 July
And she is wild caught and I also mated her with my super fresh male as well. I saw the mating and he hit his target. So let's hope. I'm also expecting 2 avic.spp eggsacs to hatch any day now. Lots of pill bottles to fill now! ;)
Thanks,
Mick
