Hi guys, i just have a quick question, has anyone heard that a scorpion will be unhealthy or even result in dying if it uses it's sting and venom too much? i know this is true for some other insects and stuff but i was just wondering if this apply to scorpions as well

No, the venom glands are replenished in much the same manner as human saliva glands.

There was a large debate on the "cost" of venom a little while ago. It is generally assumed that it has a high metabolic cost, but there doesn't seem to have been any real studies done. This is about the only way it is feasable for a scorpion to die from exhausted venom supply -- effectively an increased rate of starvation. Seems unlikely even if the generally held assumptions prove true.

Cheers,
Dave

Maybe it could dehydrate itself but then it would have to not eat for a long time.
Don't know if this is true but it was just a thought.
