I got my two hadrurus arisonzensis (my two first scorps ever never had scorps before) yesterday. Now here's the problem: i feeded them both with 2 crickets before inserting them in the tank( feeding them much should stop cannibalism.
They started of good by staying one each side of the tank. But as soon as they got close to each other and noticed one another, they started to fight like crasy!!!! I think i seperated about 5-6 fights in total before i decided that i would seperate them for the time bieng .But they didn't manage to harm one another so that was a great relief though. Should i keep them seperated for good??
Could it bee that i have got two extremely territorial males that can't stand each other at all? both had a cricket in their mouth when they went in and could it be that both were protecting the food they had taken as their own?
I need some answers here and would be very , very happy if you could help me out!
And here's another question: Could you give me a good link to good heatmats, thermostat/ thermometer stuff? I got a heatmat from the store i bought them in , but the problem is that it is a heatpad that dosen't cause any significant heat raising, only warming up the scorps from the inside.. one of the scorps seem to like it though . But i need a greater pad as the heat inside is on 25 celsius and it should be on 30-35, or so iv'e read
