i just got 4 while they are on sale, my question is : How long it'll take to grow from 6" to 10" or 12", like full grown?

2 years should get them pretty close to full length, likely another year to full girth... At least that's how long it took me to raise a 6"

Wild-caught AGBs have pretty much always been adults and they are spirostreptids which don't molt after maturity. If you buy a 7" it will stay that way.
