i just have a question, i've heard that all kind of fat-tail are illegal to sell in the state of CA, and I am just wondering if it is true?? :? sorry if this has been post before! thanks
There are many M.martensii raised and sold in markets for traditional medicine in China you shoud be able to find some of these somewhere...they are a easy species to keep and raise.woodson said:I think you all are so fortunate that can buy scorpions you want......
Scorpions are so expensive and rare in china.
: )
The laws regarding the keeping of scorpions vary from state to state and municipality to municipality and at many times are very vague as most places don't even consider scorpions when devising laws on keeping exotic animals.CCC said:i just have a question, i've heard that all kind of fat-tail are illegal to sell in the state of CA, and I am just wondering if it is true?? :? sorry if this has been post before! thanks

Those laws are primarily for snakes and in most cases don't apply to invertebrates...as in most places on CO for instance.edesign said:
