Costa Rica?

I recently went to an expo for T's and reptiles and a man said that greenbottleblues are very common in Costa Rica. I am from Costa Rica and last time I went there I was told that there is such thing as greenbottleblues being there. I am very confused and I am wondering if that is true. Does anybody know?

As far as I know they are mostly found in Venezuela. I could understand them possibly popping up in Costa Rica if from a neighboring country, but Venezuela is a bit farther. They are also a dry scrubland species and I know at least from the time I spent in Costa Rica, it's mostly tropical. So I would venture to say he was incorrect, but I'm interested to know what others have to say.
