    New food Source ?

Hi all, I was just wondering if I could use cockroches as an alternate to crickets, if so which species would be ideal. If it helps I would feed them to my 2 adult emps, adult chilen rose and my sub adult L.parahybana.

If it is possible how would I keep them

    Thanks in advance

You should use the search function... but yes, you can use roaches. In fact they are a GREAT alternative to crickets. They are easy to keep, easy to breed, and they dont smell as bad as crickets. Do a bit of research...

You thought crickets were the only suitable food for inverts? :P

Blaptica dubia fits all spider sizes and they are as easy as it gets.

I agree. And they don't stink as much.
