    Another day another brood.

I was going thru my scorps, feeding and found this. Must be a few days old.

I am really jealous. I really want a H. hottentotta. They are parthenogenic right?

I'm willing to adopt any unwanted babies.
    Cheers!

    George,

I guess making a meal of the "kids" is no biggie when you can drop a load whenever you want!

Since this female was checked 4 days before I found her like this, I think they are probably 1st instar. Also this is my second brood of this species (from 2 seperate females.) So I have some experience with what a 2nd instar looks like.

If she eats them, so be it, I have 4 adult females, so I don't think I will have a shortage of scorplings of this species.
