how to clean

Hi,
One of my scorpions have dirt all over it's back. How do I clean it? Is it ok to a mist a little water on this guys back? They are desert scorpions btw.

edit*o wait didnt read fully, i didnt see they were desert. i was thinking emp for some reason...

Best thing to do is just let it be. It's not gonna bother the scorp, and he'll eventually clean it'self one way or another.Try putting a shallow water dish and maybe he'll bathe.

I'm sure that he'll be ok but this guy looks better when he's shining :D

Put a water dish and see if he bathes in it. Even though it's a desert scorp I'm sure a little bath won't hurt. It does rain in the desert once in a while.

I agree with Mexicoya415, a very shallow water dish for a little bit will not hurt, and itll give it a chance to clean itself off.

pre, i would do the same. put a shallow water dish and see if he/she dives in.
