That looks like some kind of jerusalem cricket. Iv'e never seen a picture of one with colors like that though!

Mole Crickets are actually an entirely separate species. They burrow in wood and make a trumpet-like burrow and use it to call for mates. This is a Jerusalem Cricket. They also go by "Potato Bug." Very interesting coloration though! Nice find.

Definitley a Jerusalem Cricket, family Stenopelmatidae. Mole crickets are Gryllotalpidae.
