International Arachnocontest #4 - Guess How Many...

Hey All,

We are proud to announce our Fourth WORLDWIDE Arachnocontest.

Everyone is Eligible!!! Doesn't matter where you're from. The prizes are not live and can be shipped anywhere WORLDWIDE.

The Rules:

• 1 Entry per Arachnoboards member. Anyone caught signing up for duplicate accounts to circumvent this will have their entries voided and be ineligible for all future Arachnocontests.
  
• Winners will be ineligible for 30 days from any other contests.
  
• The Arachnocontest will run for the time stated in the contest thread. Make sure your entries are in before any deadlines stated.
  
• Editing your post is not allowed. Make sure you get it right the first time. If your post is edited, you will be disqualified from the current contest.
  
• The contest will run until 11:59 pm EST on Sunday January 7th, 2007. The winner will be announced January 8th.
  
• All replies must be made in this thread only. Replies made elsewhere will not count.
  
• All prizes are non-transferable.

There are a few prizes that are possible in this contest, it's a sliding scale depending on how close one gets to the correct number....

Whoever is closest will get the following:

• 1 set of all 3 Arachnoposters.
• 1 1 Year Arachnosupporter subscription.
• 1 Arachnoboards T-shirt of your choice (Get Bit, Arachnoholic, or Arachnocon) in choice of size and color (pending availability).
• 1 "Get Bit" decal.

If the winning guess is within 250 of the actual number (either way: above or below) the winner will also receive the following:

• 1 One Year BTS Supporter subscription.
• 1 Year BTS membership.

If the winning guess is within 100 of the actual number (either way: above or below) the winner will also receive the following:

• Free admission to Arachnocon 2007.

If the winning guess is within 25 of the actual number (either way: above or below) the winner will also receive the following:

• A set of 5 amazing tarantula books by Boris Striffler (they're in German but the pictures are in english )
  • P. regalis
  • T. blondi & T. apophysis
  • G. rosea
  • B. smithi
  • A. versicolor

If someone guesses the exact number, then they will receive everything mentioned above plus:

• 2 more superb tarantula books:
  • Vogelspinnen by Peter Klaas
  • Fugleedderkopper by Søren Rafn

Seeing as we've explained the rules and told you of the possible prizes, I guess you all would like to know what you have to guess how many of right about now, no?
