The adult size of B. boehmei, B. vagans, and B. smithi...

I was wondering if they all reaches 6" as adult. i know that the B. vagans grow fastest. how is the growth rate of the other two comparing to each other.

i'd say they reach about the same adult size - 6" sounds about right, though it depends on the individual, of course.

boehmei and smithi grow at about the same rate ime, vaganz is a bit quicker.

Yeah Alice pretty much covered it, but growth rates really depend on how hight the temperature is and how much they're fed. Gender also plays a role, but I'm pretty sure if you were to be figuratively speaking, B.vagans is the quicker of the 3, with the other 2 not too far behind.
