Remembering it was a stunning spider i thought i'd share some pics of mine from earlier this year in summer
I hadnt found one in ages but then found several plump females aswell as a couple of males

My first one, the average white morph.

Second one was a stunning yellow

Now for both of them

Another yellow one i found after, a bit dirtier though.

I think this was either another yellow one or the second one i found after i released it feeding on a large fly, notice the tiny male in one of the pictures?

Here's photo's of when i released the first yellow one.

Heres one of the most stunning, white with blue
I observed this one for ages, watching it get fatter, feeding, males approaching, and nest building and guarding, right up untill the idiot alockment group leveled the whole place into a muddy pile of mud.

One of the few males i found.

And the blue one in all her glory amongst her private flower stem with her nest and new orange stripes :P

Think i might try and breed some next year and see what colours i can get

Wow! Those are some awesome photos. I've never seen their eye arrangement so clearly. Kind of reminds me of a frog. I used to be afraid of these spiders, I would pluck flowers and find myself with one or two of these spiders hanging on them.

The white and blue one is so cool! I'm going to look at them more carefully from now on.

Haha..and I couldn't find the male, thankfully Widowman pointed it out.

The blue and white one, by the way, is known as Runcinia. Seperate genus.

I like how they're coloured to blend in with the flowers they live on. So pretty.
