Unless it was stated as in a particular location, as it is an outdoor photo, I don't think anyone would assume a particular location. (Could have been obtained on the internet or sent in an email from anywhere) Just as any picture of certain beetles or assasins or butterflies or fancy mantids would not be assumed a particular location unless the person was in the photo. I do find it a bit overboard to post the obvious, thus drawing more attention to the photo than necessary. Some people might not even have known what that is. By drawing attention to it by making an overly dorky comment, you made a bigger deal out of it than the people who just said "nice", AND brought up the question of location, when location was not in question yet.

Cool Ironic !!!

The plant was Developed/Engineered in Laytenville, Ca. {1st Place-Ribbon}
Then Grown 100% Organically.....In Sunland, Ca - Bottom of San Gabriel Mt.
"Cero" is the next Mountain range over ! Hee-Hee.........I agree with the Lady.

I appreciate everyones comments.....and I suggest everyone enjoy Mantids!

Cali, has alot...

They Sincerely "Protect" our gardens {organic-preferred}.......And getting Eggsax from Nusery's is Brilliant, as well and Rewarding!

The "beetles & grubs" that we are seein' lately on Forum are Fascinating!
