All Priority Mail orders ship with delivery confirmation. Mail order only - no local pick-ups. Let me know if you live in Minnesota, as depending on the size of your order I may be able to find cheaper shipping alternatives.

Live Arrival Guaranteed only if shipments are in transit for no more than 4 days and if destination temperatures are above 35 at the low end and below 90 degrees at the high end. Losses need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify. I pack securely and have never had a DOA roach order, so buy with confidence.
