Spamming

Spam isn't as tasty as it sounds. As an Arachnoboards member, you are prohibited both from spamming on other sites to promote Arachnoboards and from posting spam on this site. To decide what is allowed and what isn't, please use the following guide:

Acceptable

• Putting http://www.arachnoboards.com or similar in your .sig line on another forum, where that forum allows it.
• Putting a link to another website in your .sig line here, provided that link does not lead to inappropriate material
  

Unacceptable

• Sending unsolicited PMs to other Arachnoboards members to promote a different site. We pay for our bandwidth and do not feel that it should be used to promote other sites while denigrating Arachnoboards. Plus, it is just plain rude.
• Sending unsolicited PMs to users on other forums to promote Arachnoboards. We appreciate your enthusiasm but that behaviour is still just plain rude.
