He is all alone in the cage.... No females in residence. This morning I observed him to make a 'mummy bag' and then back into it.... He emerged as MALE about two weeks ago.... (Reminds me of Fellini's 'Amacord') :wall:

What does he think he's doing?? :?

he is loading his palps with sperm. he is doing what all males do, getting ready to mate.

:8o I was planning on sending him off today for breeding, but well it just doesn't seem right to disturb him in such an excited state! :evil:

well since he made a sperm web you can send him to be mated (can't really mate them untill he made a web). and if need be he can make another web at his "girlfriends" owners place.
when my g.rosea matured i got told to let the owner of the female know when he made his sperm web, then he'd come and get him.
