Had this guy for about 3 months. He's molted with me once. But I'm unsure if he's eaten at all. How do you tell if they're eating? I tried dropping a roach right in front of it and it bolted instead of pouncing.

If you notice that prey items disappear, then your amblybygid is likely eating. What kind of roaches are you using? It can sometimes take them a while to find dubias. If you want visual confirmation that he's is eating try dropping in a cricket or red runner. My phrynus whitei will usually catch crickets in under a hour.
