It's still very small to try ventral sexing. They all look female when they're that small, because the patch of epiandrous fusillae that males get is still very small and hard to see. That said, I think this one might be male, but you'll need to keep checking.
Also, it seems like it could fall a long distance of it climbed all the way to the top, and that's likely to lead to an injury. You might add more substrate.
