All my 'pede tanks have isopods in them & usually cohabitate under the same hide. I've never seen an isopod being eaten by its' tankmate or even half eaten remains. I usually start with 15 and either start culling them or moving them to other tanks when the population gets to be excessive. Never had a mold problem since I've started using them...
I don't think they'll be a problem. I've had them in my T enclosures, and a friend had a couple in his centipede enclosure without any problems. They did a great job of cleaning too!
