Thanks buddy. I'm trying to get pictures of my other P. murinus. In his case O.B.T. stands for Other Brown Tarantula. I know there are different forms and all, but I bought it as just a plain ol O.B.T. and at 1.75"- 2" DLS it sporting a mix of browns. It's more reclusive than the P. murinus pictured above, it kinda puts doubt in my mind as to if it is a P. murinus or another baboon.

Here is Huvi, the brown O.B.T.
I sent pictures to the vendor, see if they made a mistake or it's a brown, orange spider.

Update: After speaking with the vendor, there is a 99.9% chance the above. P. murinus is actually a P. murinus Kigoma. Misidentified at the time of purchase. Unintended human error.

My new phone has a macro function built into the camera. Naturally we want to play with these things and test them out.
This is currently my smallest sling a Brachyplema baumgarteni.
First regular photos in it's 4 oz. condiment cup.

A little closer.

Macro shot.

As you can see it's a pretty small sling. It's not bad for a cell phone camera I guess. Now to take some photos of something a little larger..

My C. versicolor molted about two weeks ago. This morning I discovered it did some housecleaning and threw out the old molt. Right into the water dish. It had to have done this on purpose.
