Let the female take care of the eggsac until it reaches a time when they molt to spiderlings and are ready to be separated.

It most be amazing to see the whole process of reproduction. Then you open that egg sac and so many eggs with legs come out and see the world. It’s probably gonna be a real journey raising those slings. They take an age to grow.

Always wanted to pair my Ephebopus murinus though I would have no idea what to do with those spiderlings

E. murinus are such a wonderful species to work with. A little on the more jumpy side at times but beautiful.

Got another C. ritae to pair today. I love these Cyriocosmus. The colors are phenomenal.

My largest female Hapalopus sp colombia lg molted a month after being paired to one of the smaller mature males I've run into with this species. For being so small he actually was a good breeder. Well I decided to breed them again and wanted to get it on film for my YouTube page. So I fed him the night before and put him next to her for the pic below.

Pulled him back out and decided to breed the next day since it was so late when I snagged this pic. No more that 12 or so hours later I go to his little cage to fetch him for the pairing and well he had expired. It's a bummer but once any T matures it's living on borrowed time. Well here's that pic and luckily I have a few more close to maturing.

Up first I got a new Female O. violaceopes in the mail and it looks amazing. Next one of the C. elegans made a good eggsac (Bred all of them and they have been holding out). After that we discovered an M. balfouri eggsac hatched. We also discovered a H. gabonensis had matured (got tons of females he is going to in the near future). Last but not least a I. mira matured and he has a ton of girls to go to also. Unfortunately I did not get a pic of the mira but will definitely get vids of the pairings.

Had an eggsac of H. pulchripes hatch recently. Well over a 100 slings in it. Will get a total when I separate them all. Here's a pic of the slings with mom and the vid is over on my YouTube channel.

I'm pretty sure this is the first US eggsac of Cyriocosmus sp tambopata. We pulled the eggsac today and it looks like it was a very good one. Can't wait for them to molt IMG_20230108_222753_(1000_x_1459_pixel).jpg
