hmmm.. very interesting. apart from size, is there any way to tell where a liosoma came from?(ie color morphs, adaptations, etc) it would be nice to know wether my male is an adult tanzanian or an immature egyptian. knowing my luck, as well as availability in america, it's probably a tanzinian.

I don't know.
However Tanzanian liosoma seem to be more common in petshops than Egyptian ones.
