I believe the best way to sex these spiders is through a molt. Do you have any pics of one?

Based on the abdomen, pedipalp tips, and the first picture, I would say female. However, I'm not very experienced with sexing spiders, and this seems to be a species with less info.

It is hard to tell, I've never kept Sicarius sp. If you can see flaps in the abdomen of the molt then it is likely female.
