Is there a permit that you have to apply for to take these back with you?Can you tell me more about this?

Hi,
No, of course I don't have any permit, but I just take 2-3 specimens of each interesting species, not more. I've never been stopped by customs, but if it happen, I'm entomologist and I carry out arthropod inventories of France (French Guyana is a subdivison) so I don't think it will be a problem.
