Just got a new resident P. tepidariorum (or lunata, who knows). Despite the vast amount of information available on Parasteatoda's embryonic development, there's a lack of information on the juvenile instars. My girl -- Zucchini is her name -- looks to me like she still has a couple molts to go before reaching maturity. For those who have kept house spiders before, or who have knowledge of this genus' post-embryonic development, about how old does Zucchini look to be? And what can I expect as a rough timeline for her remaining molts? Thanks in advance. [Video of her eating a pill bug is below]

Okay nevermind, I think it's yet another Steatoda triangulosa, which would explain why she's so small. Haha.
