Yeah, hedgehogs truly forget about you if you don't handle them every single day. I had two over the years and won't get another one. Not my kinda mammal.

Used to have a pair until both died of unknown cause. Vet had no clue. They just started seizing and when the vet gave them glucol they stopped and got a little better, than rapidly crashed. But im looking at getting more currently haha.

Hedgehogs or sugar gliders?

Hedgehogs are really prone to cancer.
