Best food to feed slings?

They seem like they are a good alternative, but I'm just too lazy to set that up.. LOL

I'm going with Flightless FF. Unless I dont' think tht they can catch them as 2nd instars. I've got G. rosea slings that are 1st instars now. I might try to cut up some meal worms each day and see if they go for it as 2nd instars.

Going back to the best feed for slings. I have the best results with cut in very small pieces mealwarms. They have high content of proteins and fat plus provide a lot of moisture. Also easier to deal with than crickets.

well pinheads are basically free so ill prob use them .
or fruit flies , they are pretty cheap too. ill prob use a 10mL pipette to transfer them .
