Hurricane Fay and my tarantulas

First off not a hurricane. Its barely even a tropical storm at this point. If you are that scared I would look for a new residence. They are used to tropical storms down there and typically build to suit. If you feel that uncomfortable in your house, move. I'm moving to Florida next summer and I can't wait. Yesterday I saw the avg wind speed of Fay was about 56 mph. Here in Nebraska we get higher wind speed than that on a nice day and I know Iowa got way more flooded the last couple of months than FL is now. I wouldn't be too worried.

I love the idea of a meet-up. That'd be awesome. I don't know anyone in "real life" who's into Ts so it'd be great to have a group to hang out with. My boyfriend's so sick of hearing about molts...
